Job overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Lead Admin will be covering Mole Valley and Elmbridge Neighbourhood Teams.
The role is four days per week from 9am - 5pm. Working days can be discussed at the interview.
This is a key role providing senior administrative leadership and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy and complex service. You will work closely with senior managers, acting as a central point of coordination, supporting service delivery, and leading an administrative team.
Subject to reasonable adjustments in respect of any disability, candidates must possess a valid driving licence and be able to drive and have the unrestricted use of a car or motorcycle for work at all times including community based work.
As a part of the interview process, the successful candidates will attend a Admin assessment. The details will be provided at that point by the HR office.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process referrals to the relevant clinician and system(s)
- Process discharge paperwork and update system(s) accordingly
- Provide day to day supervision and monitoring of workload of Admin team
- Undertake regular managerial supervision and appraisal of administrators within the team
