Main duties of the job

• Provide standard audiological assessment and rehabilitation for adults, delivering high‑quality clinical care across the Audiology service.
• Support, train and mentor junior members of staff, helping to develop skills, confidence and clinical excellence within the team.
• Lead specific tasks or projects within your area of expertise, contributing your specialist knowledge to enhance service quality.
• Take an active role in service development, identifying opportunities to improve pathways, processes and patient experience.
