Job overview

Adopting a flexible approach and supporting the Facilities Manager to deliver a high quality professional service. The goal is to provide a safe, high quality diverse catering service, offering a range of food delivery options to inpatients, visitors and staff whilst ensuring Trust and departmental policies are adhered to. The post-holder will manage the wider Catering team and support when required, issues relating to other services within the Facilities team. There is an expectation to provide support to Facilities management colleagues during periods of absence and to deputies for the Facilities Manager (Catering).

The selection process will include a written test and a PowerPoint presentation on “How would I Ensure Compliance with NHS Food Standards and Allergen Regulations.”
