Recovery Co-ordinators work to both identify and prevent those who are identified as being ultra high risk of emerging with psychosis in the At Risk Mental State team. The Team aims to provide high quality evidence based care as per NICE guidelines and National EI Access & waiting time standards. Manage risk and work with team colleagues to support service users. Main duties of the job

The ARMS Recovery-Co-ordinator will be responsible for coordinating the care of clients with high-level At Risk Mental State (ARMS) within the ARMS Service. This role combines specialist assessments to identify those at ultra high risk of emerging with psychosis in the future with delivering evidence based psychosocial interventions within a primary care setting to prevent/delay emergence of psychosis.  You will be working with a predominantly youth focused population, aged 14 -35 years old to engage them and their families in a pathway that can extend to up to 3 years.
