Job overview

Our Audiology Department is on a journey of exciting transformation. We’ve recently received NHS funding to create new roles, plus three-quarters of a million pounds injection for brand-new, state-of-the-art audiology equipment - including specialist adult and paediatric sound booths. This investment means more opportunities for patients… and more opportunities for you.

We have two exciting Apprentice Associate Audiologist opportunities - one based at Scunthorpe General Hospital and one at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby. In either role, you’ll train with our friendly, close-knit team while completing a fully funded Foundation Degree in Audiology at Aston University. You’ll gain real hands-on experience from day one - learning to assess hearing, fit and maintain hearing aids, and support patients to reconnect with the sounds they love.
