We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Advanced Support Worker to join our caring and progressive team in Margate.

Main duties of the job

Our therapy teams provide support to people who need extra help to allow them to get home safely following an illness or operation. We work in a range of setting including patient’s homes, community hospitals and clinics.

As an Advanced Support Worker you will support patients to follow a care plan and provide feedback to the rest of the team on their progress. You will use your knowledge and expertise to provide a safe environment which supports patients to reach their therapy goals.

As an Advanced Support Worker you will work as part of a team to keep patients safe and well in Margate. You will use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and make sure that people who use our services have a good experience.
