Role: Bank – Physiotherapist (Oncology / Respiratory)
Location: HCA UK at London Bridge Hospital and Guys
Hours: Regular Bank shifts required between Monday-Friday and weekends
Shifts: Between 0800-2000
Pay: Bank hourly rate between £26.51ph – £35.35 dependent upon shift and experience.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join the Therapies Bank team at The Shard Outpatients, part of HCA UK and rated “Outstanding” by the CQC
We seek an experienced registered Physiotherapist who is working at an advanced level in a specialist area, to provide specialised assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients ensuring that care is consistent with HCA values and ethics.
This is a clinical role providing care to individual or groups of patients in the inpatient or outpatient setting. The workload will be specialised working with a high level of independence and will include mentoring and supervising B6 physiotherapists. Student training, in-service teaching, service development/improvement and service promotion would be expected.
Within this role there will be an element of service and business development with a solid understanding of the specialist field, to represent and direct high-quality physiotherapy care, to grow and develop the service line.
You will act as a specialist source of expertise for physiotherapy colleagues and other healthcare professionals demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and reasoning in specialist area.
