Job summary

Due to retirement of our much loved ANP, we are looking to recruit an Experienced Salaried Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to deliver outstanding patient care. This is a full time role, hours and days negotiable for a suitable candidate. We may consider two part time applicants to share the role.

Main duties of the job

  • Delivering a high standard of patient care, using advanced autonomous clinical skills, and a broad and in-depth theoretical knowledge base
  • Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients conditions, initiating direct referrals as appropriate
  • As an independent prescriber: to prescribe safe, effective and appropriate medication as defined by current legislative frame work
  • As a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to support and care for a diverse patient group
