You will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support
- Arranging meetings, preparation of meeting papers and taking minutes of meetings.
- Sourcing and providing information, including report collation and data analysis in line with local and national reporting mechanisms
- Utilising a range of IT systems to develop and populate clinics
- Being the first point of contact for the team

Main duties of the job
This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Health & Wellbeing team at HMP Berwyn.
We are looking for an experienced administrator.
You will have excellent organisational skills and be qualified at NVQ Level 3 in Administration or have an equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
