We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly Care at Home team, supporting the delivery of essential services to people in their own homes.
This varied and rewarding role involves everything from answering calls / supporting our Care at Home Officers and Coordinators with day-to-day admin tasks. You’ll play a key part in helping us deliver safe, person-centred care across our communities.
You’ll need strong IT and communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities in a busy office. Experience in admin is essential, particularly Excel and Word, experience in payroll and SSTS would be advantageous – and if you’ve worked in health or social care settings before, even better.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES
- Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
