We require an enthusiastic, professional and reliable person to join our busy office administration team. The position is for 30 hours (permanent contract). Days/hours/salary, to be confirmed. You must project a positive and friendly image to both colleagues and patients. The role involves a wide range of administrative and IT duties and requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You should demonstrate competence in the following areas:

· Ability to work in a high pressured environment

· Ability to use initiative and lateral thinking

· Mature and positive attitude to work.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong customer service skills

· Excellent IT skills

· Ability to multitask

· Being able to follow processes, procedure and respect confidentiality at all times.
