Administrative Supervisor Office Based (Calderdale)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Supervisor to provide leadership and operational support to our administrative team within Calderdale. Working closely with the Locality Resource Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services and supporting the delivery of highquality patient care.

This is an officebased position, where you will oversee daytoday administrative operations, support staff development, and help maintain efficient, wellcoordinated processes across the service. You will collaborate with both administrative colleagues and clinical teams to ensure our service users receive timely, effective support.

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Have substantial administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills.

  • Be committed to delivering highquality administrative support.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to progress into a supervisory role while continuing to contribute directly to administrative service delivery.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision, leadership, and support to administrative staff.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure efficient daytoday operations.
  • Maintain high standards of administrative practice to support clinical teams.
  • Undertake your own administrative duties to retain and demonstrate uptodate skills.
  • Promote effective communication and positive working relationships across teams.
  • Contribute to service improvement and the development of administrative processes.
