
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Adult and Autism Operations Manager within our ADHD and Autism Service
Based in Wakefield, our service operates across Wakefield, Kirklees, Barnsley, Bradford and Calderdale with a blend of clinic-based and remote working, you'll join one of the UKs largest adult ADHD and Autism services. Our clinicians provide diagnostic assessments and medication management, within a supportive MDT of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists and specialist physician assistants

As a key member of our leadership team, you will help shape the delivery, culture and development of our expanding Adult ADHD and Autism Service. Working closely with the Clinical Lead, you will provide daytoday leadership to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring staff feel supported, valued and able to deliver highquality, personcentred care.
You will oversee service activity, patient flow and quality standards, helping to maintain safe, effective and compassionate pathways across multiple localities. A core part of the role will involve nurturing a positive team environment, supporting wellbeing, and enabling colleagues to grow within a learningfocused service.
You will contribute to service planning, problemsolving and improvement work, using your leadership skills to help the team adapt, innovate and meet the needs of a rapidly developing specialist service.
