The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organisational skills and strong leadership skills, as this post requires the training and development of rotational technical staff. You should be able to manage your own workload and will be responsible for helping to organise the day-to-day workflow in the dispensary by delegating tasks and duties to the team. There is a commitment to continuing professional development.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
