An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced district nurse to work within the Bellshill Locality District Nursing Team.
The Bellshill Community Nursing Team is committed to delivering high quality nursing care to the local community.
The successful applicant will have a Specialist Practitioner District Nursing qualification.
The successful candidate will be accountable for planning, coordinating and delivering safe and effective person-centred care.
The post holder must be able to evidence excellent clinical leadership and change management skills. It is essential for the post holder to demonstrate high quality communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to inspire, empower and motivate their team.

This role will be based in District Nursing within Bellshill Health Centre.
