To provide a comprehensive, effective, and efficient administration support service to the Management Teams in the Strategic Planning Directorate to support the delivery of the Directorates functions.
The postholder will provide a full range of administrative and secretarial support of a consistently high standard to the Management Teams including acting as first point of contact for any enquiries and responding or referring on as appropriate.
The postholder will be responsible for maintaining a number of databases and systems, including training users in their operation.
