As part of our commitment to your development, all newly registered nurses will take part in our Newly Registered Nurse Programme during their first year in post. This includes:
In your Band 5 role, you’ll be supported daily by experienced colleagues, Senior Charge Nurses, Nurse Team Leads and Lead Nurses. Our Clinical Nurse Education Team will also be on hand to guide your ongoing learning and career progression.

Important Information for Applicants
Once pre-employment checks are complete, successful applicants will commence in a Band 4 Health Care Support Worker role, with a latest start date of Monday 6 October 2025.
