We are looking for someone who thrives on driving meaningful change and who is passionate about creating the best possible working environment for our people.

As Workforce Transformation Lead, you will play a central role in redesigning how our services operate, ensuring we have the right people, skills and structures in place to support exceptional patient care. You will lead complex transformation programmes, develop innovative workforce solutions, and embed modern and efficient ways of working. Working closely with leaders, clinicians and partners, you will influence decision‑making, guide improvements and help build a workforce strategy that is both forward‑thinking and people‑centred.

You will bring experience in workforce transformation or organisational change, strong negotiation and engagement skills, and the confidence to work collaboratively across teams. Most importantly, you will be motivated by making a real and positive impact.

Velindre is widely recognised for its compassionate culture and commitment to its people. Joining us means being part of a supportive, forward‑thinking Trust that invests in staff development and wellbeing. If you want to contribute to a service that makes a real impact every day, we would love to hear from you.
