This is an exciting time to join the Workforce Information team as we have as established shared workforce information service between Bradford Teaching Hospitals and Airedale Foundation Trusts.
This role will support the ESR Team Leader in providing a high quality workforce information service for both Trusts and will be based at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Main duties of the job
To support the Workforce Information Team in producing ad-hoc and bespoke reports to managers at all levels across the Foundation Trust. To use the data available to not only respond to requests for reports but to be able to be pro-active and highlight areas of concern.
