Experience of  Electronic Staff Records (ESR) and Health Roster and would be essential.

Main duties of the job

The post holder is a key member of the Workforce Team within The Employment Services Department and responsible for supporting changes with the ESR and Health Roster Systems. This includes processing new starters, leavers and any assignment changes. The role will also support our payroll processes to ensure all staff are paid correctly.

  • Responsibility for the effective processing of payroll changes and updates to ESR and Health Roster
  • Give advice to managers and staff answering queries on payroll, enhancements and salaries ensuring best practice and compliance with Trust standard
  • Ensure that ESR and Health Roster are accurately updated with new starters, leavers and changes.
