We are a large friendly Maternity Team who multi-task and support all areas of Maternity Services here at Homerton University NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a Ward administrator to join our team.
You will need to have excellent customer care skills and experience and enjoy being busy and challenged on a daily basis.
IT and data entry plays a vital part of this role so you will need to be an efficient administrator with proven reception and telephone experience.
You must have:

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to the Maternity patients and you will be working as part of a team to ensure patient admissions/discharges and telephone queries are dealt with professionally, empathetically and in a timely manner.
