An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to provide a key role in supporting the management of waiting lists and related matters throughout Community Paediatrics and to provide a receptionist role for patients, staff and visitors.
You should have proven experience working in a team, ideally in a healthcare setting along with experience of Trakcare booking and managing waiting lists. Knowledge of NHS Tayside Access Policy and Waiting Times Guidance would be advantageous.
High levels of concentration are required in this challenging but rewarding role and requires the ability to manage own workload with a degree of autonomy, forward plan and problem solve when required.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Hours of Work: 36.00 hours Monday-Friday
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
