Volunteering in the NHS Event - Doncaster

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Trust are holding a Volunteering event on Tuesday 22 July 2025 from 1pm to 3pm to showcase volunteering opportunities within the NHS. We have a range of posts available including:

- Volunteer Gardeners

- Befriender Volunteers

and many more!

The event is being held at St. Catherine’s House at Tickhill Road Hospital, Balby, Doncaster, DN4 8QN on Tuesday 22 July from 1pm to 3pm. To register your interest, you can simply turn up, or email [email protected] for more information with the subject 'Doncaster Volunteer event'.

At the event you will have chance to meet some of the team and understand volunteering within Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber (RDaSH).

Main duties of the job

Volunteering within RDaSH can open many opportunities to support meaningful activities, gain some experience, help with getting job ready, put something back into the NHS, meet new people. If you have a few hours or more to offer in your week, please reach out.

All out of pocket expenses will be covered as an active volunteer including opportunities in training and development.

All roles currently require face to face volunteering and are not suitable to be carried out remotely.
