Job overview

To enhance the service and service user experience within the clinic sessions offered by our Mental Health Services. To support patients & staff at our Clozapine Clinic.

Informal interview

The informal interviews for this role will take place on Tuesday 10th March2026 at our Trust Headquarters in Ashton-Under-Lyne (OL6 7SR)

Please note we are unable to hold meetings over Teams or Zoom or phone.

Main duties of the job

What the role involves:

  • Meet and greet service users, carers and visitors.
  • To orientate service users, carers, visitors to appropriate parts of the clinic.
  • Engage and support people to complete outcome, experience and satisfaction questionnaires/surveys
  • To assist with organisation of the waiting area e.g. tidying reading material, replenishing leaflets, discard out of date information.
  • Assist in the preparation and clearance of group rooms for information/education sessions.
  • To support services users and carers whilst waiting for appointments.
  • To support staff with reception duties, photocopying, filing hospital letters and general administrative tasks.
  • Offer support with tasks relating to specific clinics
