The Mater Private Network are looking for a highly motivated physiologist to join the vascular department.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Purpose of post:
To perform all required Vascular Laboratory examinations and clinical evaluations at a technical level appropriate to a basic grade vascular physiologist. To assist with the daily operations of the vascular laboratory and maintain a high standard of medical ethics at all times.
To actively participate in an ongoing training programme for a basic grade vascular physiologist as determined by the Chief 2 Vascular Physiologist. Maintain a logbook appropriate for this training.
Essential Statutory Qualifications & Experience:
- Possess the BSc in Clinical Measurement from Technology University Dublin or Dublin Institute of Technology.
- Or Possess an equivalent relevant scientific qualification (Level 8) as confirmed by the Irish Institute of Clinical Measurements Physiology (IICMP).
- Or if qualified in or prior to 2005 Possess the Certificate in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement (MPPM) from Dublin Institute of Technology
