As a Healthcare Assistant with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, you will be working together as part of a multidisciplinary, professional team to assist the registered nurses and senior clinical staff in the planning, delivery and evaluation of care. • To prepare daily clinics
• To assist with consultant and nurse led clinics
• Work as a member of a specialist team
• Communicate effectively with members of the multidisciplinary team, patients and their families/carers.
• To work within the limits of own competence and responsibility within the team and organisation, as identified by the appropriate accountable professional
• Respond to individual needs in order to maintain a safe environment and to report any identified risks
