We are seeking an experienced senior programme who is passionate about neighbourhood-based care. You will lead complex, system-wide programmes that improve access, equity and patient flow whilst enhancing quality and patient experience.
Working with clinicians, service users and system partners, you will shape and deliver integrated, clinically led and financially sustainable transformation as part a supportive and innovative team. This role suits someone outcomes-focused, collaborative and motivated to create lasting change in mental health and community care.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, this job holder will work across community and mental health programme areas in leading end-to-end delivery of key transformation priorities.
