Every patient journey tells a story, and you have the opportunity to help shape it. As our Clinical Transformation Programme Manager, you will lead programmes that redesign services, improve access, and enhance the experience of care for patients and staff across the Trust and wider system.

This is a fixed-term or secondment opportunity for maternity cover until 1 April 2027.

In this role you will lead complex transformation and improvement programmes aligned to the Trust’s strategic priorities, including Efficiency, Value and Improvement (EVI) programme. Working with senior clinicians, operational leaders, and system partners, you will help turn strategic ambition into practical, sustainable improvements that strengthen service quality, productivity, and financial sustainability.

You will bring strong programme management expertise, clear oversight of governance and risk, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex workstreams. The role requires someone who can build trusted relationships with clinical and operational teams while maintaining focus on delivery, measurable outcomes, and lasting change.

Main duties of the job

As Clinical Transformation Programme Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex transformation and improvement programmes that support the Trust’s strategic priorities, including delivery of including Efficiency, Value and Improvement (EVI) programme.

You will ensure programmes are effectively planned, governed, and delivered, with a strong focus on measurable improvements in quality, productivity, and value across services.

The role requires strong programme management expertise, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence engaging with senior clinicians, managers, and system partners to drive sustainable change across the organisation.
