We have a unique opportunity for a Band 5 scrub role available in our operating theatres at Birmingham children's hospital.
The successful applicant will need to be an effective team player and communicator. You will need to be forward thinking to overcome any problems you may face daily.
Theatres have a strong commitment to teaching and education and you will be required to actively participate in the training of new learners and students. We can offer you an excellent mentorship and development program, plus access to ongoing professional education. Practitioners with adult theatre experience will have an excellent opportunity to learn paediatric skills.
Main duties of the job
You must be able to work flexibly as you will be expected to provide out of hours on-call for the Liver surgical team, possible long-day working and weekend working
