Over the past few years we have undergone a period of transformation and our department welcomed the introduction of a Davinci Robot and a second obstetric night team. Our dedicated education team are focused on ensuring staff development and opportunities, providing excellent training programmes. Training also includes an opportunity to apply for the leadership and development programme, aiming to create managers and leaders of the future.

We are looking for forward thinking and highly motivated staff who can take the lead, acting as a role model to junior staff and facilitating new initiatives, change and policy development. Previous obstetric experience is desirable and applicants must have significant theatre experience.
