Come and work with us in this exciting Practice Manager role.
Individuals will have experience in Primary Care and be looking for a career progression step, whilst we embrace new ways of working and management structure. 3 Harbours is split over 3 sites, at Thurso, Wick and Lybster.
You can be based at any site although some travel between sites would be necessary.
We have a large multi-disciplinary team to support you, as well as a Primary Care Manager.
You will be key in the running of the practice on a day to day basis and the role will provide several opportunities to undertake staff management, budget monitoring, recruitment and development of staff, all set in a beautiful location.
