Main duties of the job

Main Duties:

General office administration and record keeping

Reception duties and front of house support

Secretarial assistance to consultants and clinical staff

Data input, filing, and word processing

Arranging meetings and taking minutes

Any other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the service

    Qualifications: We are looking for experienced secretaries with NVQ or RSA Level 3 qualifications, or those able to demonstrate equivalent competency at Level 3.

    We are a specialist NHS Foundation Trust that provides community, mental health and learning disability services for the people of Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield. We also provide low and medium secure services and are the lead for the west Yorkshire secure provider collaborative.
