Job summary

Main duties of the job

The Team Leader will be responsible for the management and leadership of two teams within childrens specialist services across the Borough of Halton and Warrington. The purpose of this role is to ensure effective, efficient, timely delivery of high-quality clinical services.

The post holder will be one of a number of Team Leaders in childrens services across Bridgewater, who report to the Operational Manager.

You will be provided receive regular support and supervision to enable you to complete your role to a high standard. You will be required to participate in ongoing service development.
