We are seeking a Community Nursing Team Lead to work within the South Bedfordshire Locality, fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
You will be a strong leader, focused on achieving real improvements in outcomes for patients and will be confident in your ability to support, coach and develop individuals and teams to deliver consistently high quality services. You will be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
