Based out of Florence Nightingale Community Hospital and Perth House Assessment Hub, you'll need the flexibility to travel to various sites where DCHS services are provided. Our shifts include weekends and bank holidays, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a regular basis.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of support workers.

The delegation of patient’s visits to ensure an effective support worker service is provided to patients in a timely and cost-effective way.

To be a role model to the support worker team and actively monitor and maintain clinical skills and professional manner.

To Communicate effectively with patients and carers to maximise rehabilitation potential, as appropriate and under supervision.

To work with qualified therapists and nurses in the assessment and treatment of patients with a variety of conditions and progress/modify intervention programmes within parameters set by the therapists and nurses.
