You will be working as a Support navigator/administrator to assist the functional intensive response and support team that is operational across Mid and South Essex. The teams deliver intensive support to the older adult who are in a crisis in the community. You will be working from an office base and will be central to the team in delivering administration support. This post is in a community based team and it is essential that you are able to drive a car and have a vehicle for work purposes with valid UK driving license.
General administration
Methodical organized approach to work with good attention to detail
Ability to use Microsoft Word Packages and Excel
ITT Systems and Software Packages, including Mobius/Q-Flow/SystmOne/Paris
Customer Focused with a calm and empathetic persona, good listener, patient and diplomatic.
Ability to engage with people at all levels (i.e. patients and clinicians)
Your main responsibilities will include.
Daily minute taking for MDT's, handovers, professionals and business meetings.
Daily data collection
Booking appointments and arranging clinical meetings.
Ordering supplies.
Maintaining spreadsheets.
Transport bookings.
