Are you an experienced and motivated Scrub Practitioner looking for a new challenge? Our dynamic Operating Theatres team is expanding, and we are seeking skilled practitioners to support the delivery and transformation of our Emergency and Vascular surgical services, as well as a wide range of additional specialities.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary theatre team, you will:

  • Provide high‑quality scrub support across emergency surgery covering multiple surgical specialities, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
  • Work within a 24‑hour, 7‑day theatre service, participating in night shifts, weekend rotas, and bank holiday coverage.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, and wider teams to ensure seamless, patient‑centred care.
  • Demonstrate clinical competence, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Are a Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).
  • Has scrub experience within acute or emergency surgical settings
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment.
  • Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a supportive, inclusive team.
