Our dynamic Operating Theatres team is expanding, and we are seeking skilled practitioners to support the delivery and transformation of our Emergency and Vascular surgical services, as well as a wide range of additional specialities.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary theatre team, you will:
- Provide high‑quality scrub support across emergency surgery covering multiple surgical specialities, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Work within a 24‑hour, 7‑day theatre service, participating in night shifts, weekend rotas, and bank holiday coverage.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, and wider teams to ensure seamless, patient‑centred care.
- Demonstrate clinical competence, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Are a Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).
- Has scrub experience within acute or emergency surgical settings
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment.
- Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a supportive, inclusive team.
