Job summary

Main duties of the job

We are looking for individuals who are caring, fun, resilient and motivated to work alongside a specialist team of professionals.

You will be responsible for providing clinical care either at Hannah House or within the family home. The work includes planning, assessing, implementing and evaluating care for children with a wide range of complex and life limiting illnesses including children who are tracheostomy ventilated and who receive parenteral nutrition.

The role will involve co-ordinating the shift/team as well as teaching and supporting other members of the team Candidates will be problem solvers, be innovative, have excellent communication skills, can work autonomously and be able to prioritise, organise and delegate work across the team.

We work a cross service model of working so you will have the opportunity to spend time and work with our other clinical teams (Specialist Inclusion Learning Centres and Childrens Nursing team) which on occasions you may be asked to
