We are delighted to offer the opportunity of a staff nurse post on Harthope Ward, Medium -Secure Care Services, Northgate Park.
Harthope provides assessment, care and treatment for men with mental health problems in a secure setting. This 10-bed unit is for men who have come into contact with the law, and / or are thought to be a risk to others or themselves.
Main duties of the job
Act as a Primary/Named Nurse within a multi-disciplinary team, developing collaborative, and needs based care plans, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Provide excellent professional, skilled and effective person centred, evidence based nursing care.
Be actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and service users.
Be visible and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring services.
Contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards and quality outcomes
