Staff Nurse - D.M.E - Ward 27

Ward 27 is a female care of the elderly ward with a bed capacity of 29 patients. We are looking for a staff nurse who is passionate, conscientious and motivated to make a difference.

This post will give you the opportunity to have a voice within nursing, have input into the priorities and strategies for ward 27, and that of the Trust as a whole. This will help drive us forward as an enthusiastic and inspirational team.

We are proud of the care that we provide and we strive to embed the 6 C’s in all we do. We want to be the best in all that is elderly care  including  working in a true multidisciplinary team, and helping to prevent harms including falls prevention, pressure ulcer prevention and end of life care.
