You will lead the development and delivery of engagement initiatives, activities and approaches that help us better understand the experiences of our workforce and respond in ways that make a real difference. Working closely with the Staff Experience Advisor (Wellbeing Specialist), HR colleagues and operational leaders, you will use staff feedback, insight and data to shape priorities, support meaningful action planning and help ensure the staff voice is central to how we improve culture and experience across the Trust.
We are looking for someone with credibility, strategic awareness and the confidence to turn insight into action. You will need to build strong relationships, work across professional boundaries and influence at all levels, while keeping equality, inclusion and continuous improvement at the centre of your approach.
