The opportunity has arisen to join a supportive and friendly Staff Bank team who are integral part of the Trust’s People Directorate. The Staff Bank at NHFT manages the temporary staffing for the Trust for all types of clinical and support staff.

We are looking for team member to support our Bookings Team and our Pay Team.  The role will be, based at home but there may be the occasional requirement to work at our office in Dryland Block, St Mary’s Hospital Kettering.  The service operates a rotational shift pattern of 8am-4pm one week and 10am-6pm the following week.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, adaptable temporary staffing administrator to join the team and work in partnership with operational services, corporate teams and senior management.

As a Staff Bank Co-Ordinator, we’re looking for experience in:

  • Previous experience of working in a temporary staffing team is essential
  • Experience of RL Datix Healthroster and Bank Staff is essential
  • Extensive experience of delivering high level customer service
  • Experience of working in a high-pressured customer service environment is essential
  • Experience within an NHS environment is essential
  • Evidence of continuous personal and professional development
  • Experience of a high call volume call centre

The staff bank service aims to provide an excellent standard of customer support to services across NHFT to ensure wards have the appropriate safe staffing levels.

The Staff Bank is divided into 3 teams under the supervision of 2 supervisors with the accountability of the team falling under the staff bank manager.  The 3 teams within the service are the Bookings Team, Administration & Training team & Pay team. Must have skills

You will need to be adaptable and resourceful. You'll need to be well organised, confident and able to cope in diverse situations to meet the needs of the business.
