Contract Type: Temporary Bank (Flexible weekday shifts)

Pay Band: Band 3 or Band 4 (depending on experience)

We are looking to register reliable, hardworking individuals who would thrive in a busy environment who are available to work mainly full time placements Monday to Friday during core office hours. Our placement opportunities include front of house, data entry work, reception, secretarial roles and general administrative roles. We are keen to help you develop your existing skills in order to be able to progress into new roles.

We Are Looking For:

Strong communication and organisational skills Basic IT proficiency Enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude Availability Monday to Friday No prior NHS experience is required – full training will be provided

Main duties of the job

You Will Be:

Providing temporary administrative support across various departments

Assisting with data entry, scheduling, secretarial tasks, and communications.

Offering frontline support to patients and staff

Learning NHS systems and processes in a dynamic and supportive environment
