Job overview

Would you like to work in an innovative and diverse, NHS Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy team, where training and supervision are a priority?

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic newly qualified Speech and Language Therapists to join our well-established service in Redbridge, part of the North East London Foundation Trust.

Working as part of this team you will provide a service for children presenting with a range of speech, language and communication difficulties within either mainstream schools or Early Intervention clinic and mainstream schools buy-in service.

There will be opportunities to work at universal, targeted and specialist level, including delivery of direct intervention.  In our clinic and schools buy in service, we only work with children without EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and are therefore not bound by quantifications.  This affords therapists greater independence and increased flexibility to manage and prioritise caseloads based on clinical need.
