This is an established post for a specialty doctor in acute medicine, at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. It can be full or part time.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team who believe in leading from the frontline, with the aim of providing outstanding care to our community, and investing in the well-being and development of our people.
The post holder will contribute to the provision of clinical care to patients admitted under acute medicine, including in AMU, SDEC, SSU, AECU and VACU.
The acute medicine team at the Royal Berkshire Hospital is forward thinking and dynamic, always willing to embrace new ways of working that benefit our patients. We have a strong team ethos, and our consultants have a wide range of special interests and second specialties. This fosters strong links with many areas of the hospital and allows for smooth and seamless care of our patients which this role will contribute to.
