This post should appeal to a diagnostic radiographer who would like to work in a busy Radiology department as part of a friendly, close-knit team.
The post involves working on rotation in CT and general radiography including fluoroscopy, dental and theatre radiography. The department also provides a symptomatic mammography service and there are opportunities for radiographers to train in this speciality also.
The department operates 24/7, and this post will include participation in the out of hours shift system, undertaking both general Radiography and CT. The shifts include 12 hour day shifts, 10-hour back shifts and 12 hour night shifts.
