Contributing to the development and delivery of the MHST early intervention pathway

Supporting whole-school and college approach activity in partnership with education settings

Working collaboratively with colleagues across Children and Family Health Devon and partner agencies

Maintaining accurate clinical records and using routine outcome measures to support care and evaluation

Participating in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about early intervention, collaborative working, and improving emotional wellbeing outcomes for children and young people.
