Specialist Practitioner and Supervisor for MHST and CWP

Job summary

Main duties of the job

• The post-holder will provide clinical supervision to EMHPs and CWPs working within the MHST and CWP pathways. The role includes supporting staff to deliver evidence-based low intensity interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs. You will contribute to the delivery and development of the early intervention pathway, including supporting whole-school approach activity in partnership with education settings. You will ensure safe, effective, and consistent practice across the team, and contribute to service improvement within a developing and expanding model. You will work closely with colleagues across Children and Family Health Devon, maintain accurate clinical documentation, use routine outcome measures, and participate in supervision, training, and professional development.
