Main duties of the job
- Leadership and Development: Provide outstanding clinical and managerial leadership, delivering high-quality specialist physiotherapy for comprehensive and holistic assessment and treatment of MSK issues in patients with bleeding disorders.
- Operational Planning: Oversee the day-to-day operational planning and delivery of the Haemophilia Physiotherapy service, supporting staff development within the MSK team and the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT).
- Innovation and Improvement: Lead innovative service improvement projects and strategic developments, utilizing flexible and novel approaches to complex patient management and service delivery.
- We are looking for a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist who is flexible and innovative in their approach to work.
